We consider privacy to be fundamental to our relationship with our clients and we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of their personal information. Internal policies have been developed to protect this confidentiality while allowing us to serve your needs.

PCM maintains the confidentiality of and, except under limited circumstances described herein, does not disclose to unaffiliated third parties "nonpublic personal information" regarding its clients and former clients. Nonpublic personal information includes personally identifiable information (such as your name, address or account related information) as well as any list, description or grouping of customers that is derived from nonpublic personal information. Neither PCM nor PCM employees may disclose client nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties except in the following circumstances:

  • as necessary to provide services that the client has requested or authorized, or to maintain and service the client's account;
  • as required by regulatory authorities or law enforcement officials who have jurisdiction over PCM, or as otherwise required by applicable law; or
  • to the extent reasonably necessary to prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions.

PCM does not generally receive "consumer report information" as defined in Federal privacy regulations. In the event PCM does come into the possession of such information, it will be treated in the same manner as client nonpublic personal information.
